Balu skal få komme hjem til Carol i desember.Sammen med henne kan han få sjansen til å utdanne seg til "institusjonnshund".Det betyr å kunne bringe glede i hverdagen til gamle og syke som er på institusjon.Så Balu kommer til leve et godt liv til glede for mange.

Florian har blitt adoptert og allerede kommet hjem til Jane. Jane ventet med varmt hjerte og varme tepper en kald novemberdag på at den lille godklumpen skulle lande på Gardermoen.Og så bar det rett til Sandefjord hvor et nytt liv med masse kjærlighet venter lille Florian.

I remember you, my dear Ruby
looking at me with your big beautiful eyes.
You were so tiny and fragile
but strong and always happy and nice.

You gave me hope when I was down
You gave me strengh when I was sad
Your presence filled our lives
I have no words that can express how much.

It's hard to believe that you are gone
It's such an emptiness in my soul.
